Thank you for shopping with Orvaine. We aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided when available, but delays may occasionally occur because of customs, carriers, holidays, or high order volumes.

Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Incorrect shipping information
Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Customs and import charges
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not controlled by Orvaine.

Lost or delayed orders
Contact us through our Contact Us page if your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be lost. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
